How can I track my order once it ships?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate notification of shipping to the email address provided on the original order. This notification will include the name of the carrier used, and tracking number(s). Often times your order will include more than one box and we will include each tracking number individually.
If you click on the tracking number in this email, it will take you to the carrier’s website where you will be able to see the status and expected delivery date of your order.

You may also email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, telephone number and approximate date of your order and one of our representatives will be glad to forward you a copy of the shipping notification.
