Can I exchange my product?

We can process a return and place a new order for a replacement product instead of processing an exchange.

While we don't technically offer the ability to exchange a product for another, we instead can take a return and then place a new order for the product that you would like to switch to. This way you'll receive the new product faster and the accounting is much cleaner for everyone.

In order to return the original product, please call us at 800-590-3564 or email our Customer Support Team at sales@ubersignal.com to request an RMA for the product you would like to return.  One of our associates will be able to assist you with returning the original product and placing a new order for the product that you would like to switch to.
