Can I make changes to my order?

We can sometimes make changes to an order if you contact us as soon as possible after placing that order. Once an item ships, we're not able to make any additional changes.

Depending on where in the order process we are, we can sometimes make changes for you. If you want to update the billing or delivery address, please call us at 800-590-3564 or email us at sales@ubersignal.com as soon as possible with the updated information. For address changes, we will have to cancel the original order and place a new one with the correct information. 

If you are looking to make a product change, and as long as your order has not shipped yet, we will need to speak with you directly in order to make any order or product change. Call us as soon as you recognize you need to make a change so we can stop your order from processing, and one of our representatives will be glad to assist you.

If you are wanting to make a delivery method change, contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not shipped yet, and depending on what time of day you call, we can sometimes make delivery option changes (i.e., from Regular Ground to Overnight Delivery, etc.). If you upgrade from one delivery option to a higher (or lower) delivery method, we will provide you with information on the cost difference and assist you with making that change.
